It is the aim of this Practice to give all patients full information about the costs involved with their dental treatment. To do this we give a written treatment plan and estimate of costs, for each course of treatment.

We try to make payment as straightforward as possible. Our normal policy is that patients are required to settle their accounts at each appointment. Payments may be made by credit card, cheque or cash, and a receipt is issued for each payment made. A discount of 5% is offered for treatment plans over £500 where payment is made in full before any booked appointments relating to that treatment. Payments cannot be back-dated for a discount. Please note that the 5% discount does not apply to patients who are members of The Preventive Plan, Denplan or Practice Plan.

This Practice does not issue accounts. Any estimates that are not settled upon the completio of treatment risk being charged interest.
